UNLEASHING THE POWER OF YOUR MIND !
The hypnotic state is an optimum state for making changes in your life. This is because during hypnotherapy, you can set aside limiting beliefs that may have been preventing you from moving towards a more healthy and happy you. Hypnotherapy is safe and you are always in control. You can never be hypnotised during hypnotherapy if you refuse to follow the instructions given by the hypnotherapist. Under hypnosis, you remain conscious to everything that is going on.

Hypnotherapy cuts to the chase, and goes straight to the heart of the problem, wasting none of your valuable and precious time. Because the conscious mind is so limited when compared to the subconscious mind, it is easy to see why most people fail when they try to make significant changes in their lives through conscious effort alone. We must make these changes at the subconscious level before we can experience the benefits and rewards. Here is where hypnosis come in to help you make the changes you want.

Changes, in order to be lasting, must be from the inside out. Changing something from the outside only is like putting on a new coat of paint over a dirty coat of paint. This kind of change is superficial and not thorough. When we attempt to make changes through the conscious mind, we are ignoring the fact that we are operating most of the time on auto pilot. Our subconscious mind is our auto pilot!. Whenever there is a conflict between the conscious mind (willpower) and the subconscious mind (imagination, your habits, beliefs), the subconscious mind always win.

You can will yourself to do something, but it takes a lot of conscious effort and energy. Furthermore, it is not lasting. What you want to achieve is unconscious competence, where you are operating on auto pilot, successfully and effortlessly. The word unconscious here does not mean, unaware, it means doing things effortlessly, just like driving a car after you have learned the skills. What do motivational seminars and new year resolutions have in common? Most people forget them by the following week. Why? We may set ambitious goals, but we are trying to change using the conscious mind while the old programs in the subconscious mind are still running and have not been neutralized, removed or uninstalled.

The conscious mind is the boss, it makes the decisions what goes into the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is the programmer that programs the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is like a computer data bank. It stores, remembers and retrieves information and executes the programs given to it. It is also the duty of the subconscious mind to protect the integrity of its contents. Therefore, if the conscious mind were to send new information to the subconscious mind, the subconscious mind will only accept information that matches those in its data bank. If Mr X is a habitual procrastinator and Mr X sends new information to its subconscious mind saying that he is no longer a procrastinator, the subconscious mind critical factor will screen this new information and matches this new information with the self image of Mr X in the subconscious data bank. The evaluation ? The new information is a mismatch, and thus will be rejected by the critical factor. In order for the subconscious mind to accept new information, the new information must bypass the critical factor. To bypass the critical factor, hypnotherapy is used.

Perhaps you are wondering, since the conscious mind is the boss, why did the subconscious mind overrule the new information which the conscious mind (the boss) has issued?. The answer is: The subconscious mind cannot overrule this program as the critical factor is active. Bear in mind that the subconscious mind does not question what input you give to it. Garbage in, garbage out. The subconscious mind only purpose is to execute the task you give it. The subconscious mind has no ability to evaluate the inputs by the concious mind. That is not it's responsibility. Evaluating is the responsibility of the conscious mind. It is the conscious mind that decides what goes into the subconscious mind. What happens if the conscious mind makes a decision that is not in it's best interest?. The subconscious mind will still accept the instruction, albeit with unwelcome consequences. How do we correct this situation? Through hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is the Master Key to successful living!

DEVELOPING A HABIT IS EASY. UNDEVELOPING A HABIT IS NOT.

Kicking off a long habit takes a monumental effort. Whether it is the harmless yet wasteful habit of leaving the toilets lights on or the more serious habit of chain smoking, a habit is something that has been reinforced over and over again. To undevelop a habit, the fastest way is through bypassing the conscious mind critical factor. When the conscious mind critical factor is operating, whenever you attempt to create a new habit, your critical factor will check all information in the subconscious mind database. It will find evidence of your past performances and feedback to you that that is who you are all this while. Immediate and lasting change of a habit cannot take place at the conscious level, it can only take place at the subconscious level after bypassing the critical factor.
